Upgrade & Downgrade Procedures
Free Trial Restrictions
Image Optimization & WebP Add-On: Users on the Free Trial plan are not eligible to purchase the Image Optimization & WebP add-on package.
Product Package Purchase: Free Trial users can purchase any product package, allowing them to upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Downgrades to Free Trial: Users currently subscribed to the Starter, Growth, or Enterprise packages are not eligible to downgrade to the Free Trial plan.
Monthly to Yearly Subscription Changes
Monthly Starter to Yearly Starter: A user subscribed to the Monthly Starter plan can upgrade to the Yearly Starter plan. This upgrade will take effect at the end of the current monthly period, and the yearly fee will be charged. For instance, if a user subscribes to the Monthly Starter plan on July 10 and decides to upgrade to the Yearly Starter plan on July 20, the user will pay the yearly fee immediately, but the Yearly Starter plan will only activate on August 10.
Monthly Subscription Upgrades
Monthly Starter to Monthly Growth: A user can upgrade from the Monthly Starter plan to the Monthly Growth plan at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately, with a prorated discount applied to the Growth plan's fee for the unused days of the Starter plan. For example, if a user subscribes to the Monthly Starter plan on July 10 and upgrades to the Monthly Growth plan on July 20, the Growth plan will be activated immediately, and the user will receive a discount for the unused days from July 10 to July 20.
Monthly Starter to Growth Yearly: A user can also upgrade from the Monthly Starter plan to the Growth Yearly plan at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately, with a prorated discount applied for the unused days of the Starter plan. For example, if a user subscribes to the Monthly Starter plan on July 10 and upgrades to the Growth Yearly plan on July 20, the Growth Yearly plan will be activated immediately, with the user receiving a discount for the unused days from July 10 to July 20.
Yearly Subscription Changes
Yearly Starter to Monthly Growth: A user cannot downgrade from the Yearly Starter plan to the Monthly Growth plan until the final month of their subscription. The change will only take effect once the Yearly Starter plan term ends, and no additional charges or refunds will be applied. For instance, if a user's Yearly Starter plan starts on July 10, 2023, they can switch to the Monthly Growth plan after June 10, 2024. The Monthly Growth plan will then activate on July 10, 2024.
Yearly Starter to Growth Yearly: Users can upgrade from the Yearly Starter plan to the Growth Yearly plan at any time. The upgrade will take effect immediately, with a prorated discount applied for the unused portion of the Starter plan. For example, if a user subscribes to the Yearly Starter plan on July 10, 2023, and upgrades to the Growth Yearly plan on March 1, 2024, the Growth Yearly plan will be activated immediately, with a discount for the unused days from July 10, 2023, to March 1, 2024.
Monthly Growth to Yearly Growth: A user can upgrade from the Monthly Growth plan to the Yearly Growth plan. The upgrade will take effect at the end of the current monthly period, and the yearly fee will be charged. For example, if a user subscribes to the Monthly Growth plan on July 10 and upgrades to the Yearly Growth plan on July 20, the user will pay the yearly fee immediately, but the Yearly Growth plan will only activate on August 10.
Downgrade Limitations
Product Packages: Downgrades between product packages (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are not permitted. Users must maintain or upgrade their current package level.
Image Optimization & WebP Add-On
Upgrade and Downgrade: Users can upgrade or downgrade within the Image Optimization & WebP packages. When upgrading, users will pay the difference in package fees, and the new package will be activated immediately. When downgrading, the selected package will take effect in the next billing cycle. For example, if a user purchases a $100 package on June 10 and upgrades to a $200 package on June 20, they will pay an additional $100, and the new package will activate immediately. Conversely, if the user downgrades from a $100 package to a $50 package on June 20, the $50 package will become active on July 10. The user will not be charged on June 20, and the payment for the $50 package will be processed on July 10.
Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through the Billing -> Subscription menu in their account dashboard. To cancel, the user selects the desired package and clicks the "Cancel" button. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refunds provided for the unused portion of the subscription.
Refunds will be automatically processed only for planned packages that are canceled before activation.
