Managing Company and Contact Information

Input Requirements

  • Company Information: Users must provide accurate company details, including the company name and registration information.

  • Email Address: A valid email address must be entered. This email will be used for important notifications and billing information.

  • Phone Number: A current phone number is required for contact purposes.

  • Billing Address: Users must enter the complete billing address. This information is necessary for invoicing and payment processing.

Purchase Requirements

  • Completeness Requirement: All required information must be filled out accurately and completely before a user can proceed with purchasing any packages. Incomplete information will prevent the user from completing a package purchase.

Managing Credit Card Information

Adding Credit Cards

  • Multiple Cards: Users can add multiple credit cards to their account for convenience and flexibility in payment processing.

  • Card Details: When adding a credit card, users must provide the card number, expiration date, and billing address associated with the card.

Editing and Deleting Credit Cards

  • Editing: Users have the option to edit the details of their stored credit cards, including updating the expiration date or billing address.

  • Deleting: Users can delete credit cards from their account. However, users must retain at least one credit card on file. The system does not permit the deletion of the last remaining credit card.

Restrictions

  • Minimum Card Requirement: At least one credit card must be retained in the system at all times. Users cannot remove the final credit card from their account to ensure continuity in billing and payment processing.
