CDN Access Logs

Learn how to explore detailed CDN request logs using the Raw Logs dashboard.

The Raw Logs dashboard allows you to inspect every request made through your CDN. It provides full transparency into how content is delivered, including request paths, cache status, response codes, and timing. You can use this dashboard to trace anomalies, validate cache events, and analyze client or datacenter-level behavior.

Only 24-hour time ranges are supported, and results are limited to your raw log retention period.

FAQ

Q1: How far back can I search in Raw Logs? You can search logs within your configured data retention window (for example, 7 or 30 days). Older logs are automatically purged.

Q2: Why do I only see 1,000 results? For performance reasons, the dashboard limits display to 1,000 entries. The total count above shows if additional logs match your search.

Q3: Can I export Raw Logs? Yes. Export functionality is available upon request. Contact Medianova Support for API-based or scheduled export options.
