How to create your Stook Object Storage?

  1. You can access the Medianova cloud panel by logging in with your username and password at cloud.medianova.com.

  1. Click on the “Stook Object Storage” option in the left menu of the panel, and then press the “Buckets” option at the bottom.

  1. On the “Stook Buckets” page, click the “Create Bucket” button and enter a descriptive name for your Stook Object Storage bucket. Then click on the “Submit” button.

  1. The bucket you created will be listed on the page.

  1. If you would like to delete the bucket you created, you can click on the “Actions” icon and select “Delete” option. On the pop-up screen that appears, click on “Yes” if you would like to proceed.

  1. Next step is to create “Credentials” for your Stook Object Storage. Click the Credentials option under Stook Object Storage in the left menu.

  1. On the Stook Credentials page, click the “Create Credential” button. Enter a descriptive credential name and select the access level of the role. Read only or Full Access control options are available. Click on the “Submit” button to complete creating the Credential. 

  1. The credential you created will be listed on the page.

  1. On the Stook credentials page, you can view the access key, secret key and endpoint information. To display the Secret Key information, you need to re-enter your login password.

10. If you would like to delete the credential you created, click on the “Actions” icon and select the “Delete” option. On the pop-up screen that appears, select “Yes” if you would like to proceed.

11. To make any changes to your default settings, you can click the “Settings” button on the Stook Credentials page. On the Settings page that opens, you can manage your IP Restriction requirements and Cors Header settings. Click the submit button to save the changes.

12. If you would like to transfer your files to your bucket via FTP, click on the FTP Accounts option under Stook Object Storage on the left menu.

13. Click the “Create FTP Account” button on the FTP Accounts page, fill in the required information and click on the “Submit” button.

14. The FTP Account you created will be listed on the page.

15. If you would like to edit your FTP Account information, click on the “Action” icon and select the “Edit” option. On the pop-up screen that appears, you can edit the fields you want to update.

16. If you would like to delete the FTP Account you created, click on the “Action” icon and select the “Delete” option. On the pop-up screen that appears, click on “Yes” if you would like to proceed.
