Some bucket settings may not be available for every Stook Bucket. If a setting does not appear on the Bucket configuration page, it cannot be configured for that bucket.

Configuration Dependencies

Some settings depend on other Stook Bucket settings.

  • MFA Delete requires Versioning to be On.

  • Object Lock requires Versioning to be On.

  • Versioning cannot be suspended while MFA Delete or Object Lock is enabled.

  • A Stook Bucket with Block public access enabled cannot be made public.

  • A Stook Bucket connected to a CDN Resource must remain publicly accessible.

For configuration requirements and limitations specific to a setting, see the corresponding configuration page.

Save or Discard Changes

You can modify multiple bucket settings before applying the configuration.

  • Select Save Changes to validate and apply the pending changes.

  • Select Discard to revert changes that have not been saved.

If validation fails, the configuration is not applied. The affected setting is marked in the Medianova Control Panel with information about the required correction.
